Rental rates for our 4-star holiday home

Tourist tax: €1 per adult (18+) per night — not included (2025 rate)
Extra guests (over 10 people): €150 per week or €50 per weekend

Check-in: between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Deposit: 30% at the time of booking, with the balance due no later than 30 days before arrival.
Security deposit: €1,000 (refunded upon departure).
Cleaning fee: €150.
Guests may bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them (€20 per double room, €10 for additional single beds).
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
To preserve the tranquillity of the property, we kindly ask guests to avoid any loud noise or activities after 10:00 p.m.
