Terms and Conditions
- Check-in: between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. - Deposit: 30% at the time of booking, with the balance due no later than 30 days before arrival.
- Security deposit: €1,000 (refunded upon departure).
- Cleaning fee: €150.
- Guests may bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them (€20 per double room, €10 for additional single beds).
- The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- To preserve the tranquillity of the property, we kindly ask guests to avoid any loud noise or activities after 10:00 p.m.
